like the previous pregnancy.. kali ini pun berpantang sendiri di rumah sendiri... kadang -kadang lari kejap g berpantang rumah my mum...alhamdulillah bersyukur rumah mum dekat ..
hari nie baru laa Emran boleh ke sekolah semula after cuti for almost 3 weeks..fuhh lama betul dia cuti sampai teacher dia pun windu kat dia...hehe.. so pantang dengan Rafeeq was quite ok..he drinks his milk, tidur lena..time tu boleh laa buat kerja sket like pumping session, buat laundry, kemas rumah sket, kemas dapur dsb.. cuma mop lantai or cuci toilet belum dapat buat lagi since tak larat lagi nak bongkok -bongkok sbb once bongkok tempat operation akan rasa sakit lagi..i need at least 6 to 8 weeks to heal after the operation. but needed also to do some house work.. jarang take a nap in the noon maybe sebab dah biasa kerja takda nap in the noon..jadi nak adjust sket utk nap bila rafeeq nap itu yg jadi masalah sket plus nanti kalau tido siang malam tue for sure i cannot sleep at all..
After much discussion with my mum from next week onwards we will be having a new maid ( again), ...this is the 2nd time pakai maid ,,1st time ada maid memang very bad experience so we did not hire any sejak kitorang send off the 1st maid balik sehelai sepinggang in Oct 2009..so after two years decided to have one to look after Rafeeq, and also tengok -tengokkan Najla as next year she will be in Standard One plus we can send Emran to school for half day aje tak payah full day.. we memang plan tak nak hantar Najla ke transit house when she is in Standard One sebab kesian kat dia..at least before dia pergi sekolah she can rest first and have her lunch at home..So we need to hire one.. Hopefully this one is OK laa,..Nantilaa if ada rezki lebih selepas selesai semua "tanggungan" hopefully i can be a Stay at Home Mom..
Makanan dalam pantang kali nie simple aje- Makan semua yg boleh dimakan minus air sejuk..hehehe..cuma now i was advice by the home care nurse not to start taking ikan haruan or gamat dulu...have to wait for at least 2 to 3 months after the operation baru boleh ambil..this is due to the "fast healing" effect by both ikan haran and also gamat tak berapa bagus for c-section ... true also from my experience
